Mansil® Sodium Alumino Silicate

Mansil ZX is a very fine Synthetic Sodium Aluminium Silicate manufactured by GMGBC for use as TiO2 extender for Water Based Emulsion Paints and Synthetic Paints. Partial replacement of TiO2 by Mansil ZX in Paints gives improved Whiteness, Opacity as well as optimum Viscosity and providing cost effectiveness to the end product.

Grades / Application

• Mansil-ZX:

As Tio2 Extender for water and solvent based paints to improve opacity, whiteness, weathering resistance and storage stability of paints.

• Mansil-ZX (LPH):

As Tio2 Extender for water and solvent based paints to improve opacity, whiteness, weathering resistance and storage stability of paints.

• Mansil-ZX (F):

As an anti-caking agent in food products. It improves free flow characteristics and shelf life of the product. It also helps to prevent dry food powders from clumping, forming semi-solid or solid lumps. Processing of foods often includes mixing dry powders together. Ant-caking agents absorb excess moisture and may also coat particles to make them water repellent. This reduces the formulation of clumps or lumps by ensuring that all dry ingredients mix together uniformly. As a result, the free-flowing food products better survive packaging, transport and self life.
